Power washing is also necessary prior to painting to remove mold, dirt, and loose material. It’s always a healthy idea to make that mold disappear. We use only up to date cleaning chemicals to insure we can clean or prep your project in an efficient, safe, and timely manner.
Roof cleaning is another service we offer. Only LOW pressure is used to maintain integrity of your roof and prolong the life of the shingles.
The cleaning of vinyl siding is another area where only LOW pressure should be used. High pressure will force water behind the siding and cause more problem such as mold growth and wood rot. High pressure will also cause etching of the siding causing damage to the finish.
We use special soaps mixed with mold and mildew killing additive. It takes special soaps to allow all chemicals to “dwell” on the siding and then only LOW pressure rinsing to remove all problems. Call us to let us discuss your needs.
Gutter cleaning is another speciality. We can now remove most of the mold, dirt, and grime from your gutters. We use lower pressures while rinsing gutters and, if needed, brush them by hand.
